Zimmermann cross-drilled rotors are not drilled by a machine shop, like most rotors you will find.  They are drilled by the factory at the same time they are cast.  This virtually eliminates cracking between the holes on these Zimmermann sport rotors, and makes for a great high-performance stopping power.  They are made in Germany, and imported to the USA.  We carry Zimmermann rotors for all Euro vehicles
