Q: Do I have to give you any personal information in order to figure out my order total?
A: Of course not!  Unlike other sites that force you to get an account and give all of your personal information, all you need to do with our site is add the products you want to the cart, put in your zipcode, and you will see the order total instantly.  Remember, any order over $100 and you can get free ground shipping, so the price you see for the part is the order total!

Q: How does the order process work as far as billing is concerned?
A: Once you place the order, your credit card is authenticated - at this time we make sure there are no problems with the order.  After confirming card validation and product availability we ship the parts, and capture the funds at this time.

Q: What if what I order is not in stock?
A: If the product you are looking for is out of stock (99% of our products are in stock), we will contact you and make sure you still want to keep the order.  We will also let you know an ETA.  Generally out of stock products take less then a week to get in.

Q: What about shipping? How long will the product take to be shipped after I order?
A: All in stock products ordered before 2:00 will be shipped the same day!  All in stock products ordered after 2:00, or in the evening will be shipped the following  day.

Q: How long will the product take to get to me after its been shipped?
A: If you choose a special service (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Etc.) it will take that specified amount of time.  If you choose UPS Ground it will take approximately 2-5 business days.  Please keep in mind shipping times are in BUSINESS DAYS.  Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days, and should not be considered when calculating the shipping time,

Q: I don't live in the United States or Canada, can I still order?
A: Of course - we service many foreign Countries!  If you live outside the United States or Canada and want to order, please contact us and we can discuss payment via Paypal or Western Union.

Q: What about payment options?  What If I don't want to pay with a Credit Card?
A:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB on the website.  We also accept Paypal, Money Orders, Wire Transfer (such as Western Union), and Personal Checks.  You can pay with any debit or credit card on the website, as well as with Paypal on the website.   If you wish to pay any other way, please contact us and we'll lmake arrangements for payment.
